Dr. Graham Lyons is an Agricultural Scientist and Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide with a Masters Degree in Public Health and a PhD in micro nutrients. For the last 20 years he has worked extensively throughout the world in the area of plant nutrition, agronomy, human nutrition and more specifically the provision of micro nutrients such as selenium, iodine, zinc and vitamin A to nutritionally deficient populations.
