At first glance I thought this might be one of those low-quality alien type “full-disclosure” nonsense videos, but then having watched it all the way through to the end, it turned out to be anything but. Whereas it does contain some speculation in relation to certain items, it certainly contains a few eye-openers.

“MK NAOMI was the code name for a joint Department of Defense/CIA research program lasting from the 1950s through the 1970s. Unclassified information about the MKNAOMI program and the related Special Operations Division is scarce. It is generally reported to be a successor to the MK DELTA project and to have focused on biological projects including biological warfare agents.

MK NAOMI was a series of Gain of Function experiments or that were considered bio-security experiments.

In recent years, some members of the scientific community have been involved in a vigorous debate over so-called “gain-of-function” experiments involving pathogens with pandemic potential, such as influenza virus. Proponents and opponents of GOF work engaged in extensive discussion about the value, safety, ethics, and validity of this type of research.

Under a NAOMI Military Gain of Function exercise, the fog in San Francisco was used as a cover in order to see whether it could be used to help spread a biological weapon in a “simulated germ-warfare attack.”
