Germany – The COVID-19 Extra-Parliamentary Inquiry Committee – Start Conference 03rd July 2020
“We will not be delayed any longer. We citizens have the power. We are doing it”, with these words Heiko Schöning announced the Extra-Parliamentary Corona Investigation Committee (ACU) on 31st May 2020 in Stuttgart in front of 5000 demonstrators. On 3rd July 2020 the ACU started with an information conference in several languages.

Dear fellow citizens,
Welcome to ACU, the extra-parliamentary committee of inquiry into corona. If the government does not carry out an inquiry then we citizens are called upon to do it ourselves.
We will investigate why these restrictive measures have come over our country in the wake of Covid19, why people are suffering now, and whether there is in fact proportionality in the situation that has been created in response to the disease from a virus, sarscov2.
We have serious doubts that the way these restrictive measures were made is really proportionate, and this must be investigated. Since the parliaments, neither the opposition parties nor the governing parties, have convened a committee, and it is not even in the planning stage, it is now high time that we take it into our own hands.
We will invite and hear experts here in the corona speaker circle. Experts from all areas of life from the fields of medicine, social affairs, law, also economics, and many more. Renowned experts have kindly already agreed to attend.
Besides the speaker circle with my colleage Professor Hadditsch and my colleague Doctor Schiffmann, I would like to introduce myself:
My name is Heiko Schoning, I am a doctor in Hamburg. My personal motivation is that I am a father, and like many others in this country, I have children, and we see that our children suffer. Not only because the playgrounds have been closed, but because they are separated from each other.
And for the adults it is even worse. We ask ourselves, why are relatives no longer allowed to visit their parents in the care home? Is there such a great danger of infection? Do we really have a killer virus here? Do we have rabies? Or the plague? We have serious doubts that this is so. We don’t have the plague. Honesty is what really helps against all this.
This has alredy been described by the famous Nobel Prize winner Albert Camus in his wonderful book “The Plague”. We want to guarantee this honesty and transaprency here in the ACU in the extra-parliamentary Corona Committee of Inquiry. That is why experts come from the fields of medicine, Professor Bhakdi, economics, Professor Otte, the law, Professor Jungblut, and many, many others who have already agreed to participate.
Of course, we also invite all experts from the government of the public institutes, the Robert Koch Institute, but also internationally, to come here. It will be made completely transparent, the statements of the experts will be broadcast live, without editing, and it can be watched in the Internet. We will create a website, and of course we need more resources for this. So, please support us in this citizens’ initiative.
What will be the best outcome?
We will see that we don not have to have increased fear! Just like in the last few years when we had normal flu waves. Because that seems to be exactly the case here.
But why were these terrible measures taken?
An internal expert opinion of the federal ministry of the interior, for example, has shown that 90% of all necessary operations have not been carried out. This has affected 2.5 million people. This report also shows that as a result of the government measures we have 5,000 to 125,000 patients deaths. These are people who have already died or are dying. This report had the status from the 7th May 2020, and that is also the reason why we are now taking this corona investigation committee into our own hands, because we cannot wait any longer.
It is more than grossly negligent that the government agencies do not expose these things in a big way, and indeed, it seems, they are staging them. The scientific data already show that there is no basis for these measures. So we are all asking ourselves, including in the economy of course, but this is mainly about human lives, who benefits from it?
We will try to answer this question here as well: cui bono.
